Anyone who has consumed herbal teas at least once has found their special aroma to be delightful. Beyond that, herbal teas also bring amazing health benefits. The benefits are wide-ranging and completely natural, helping with everything from acid reflux to fluctuating blood sugar levels, from stomach cramps to depression.
As a preparation, herbal teas are usually consumed as infusions. These varieties of tea can come in the form of dried leaves, pieces of ripe fruit, herbs, flowers or other parts of the plant that give a unique flavour to the drink, while also guaranteeing health benefits for consumers. The difference between herbal teas and other forms of tea is that they do not have such a high caffeine content. Great tasting, easy to drink, made from a single ingredient or a mix of ingredients, they are designed to hydrate, refresh and maintain optimal health.
